Goji Berries
This isn't a recipe but I just had to share the treat I scored today at a local community garden farm stand....fresh goji berries!! Wow, I didn't even know they were grown here. Goji berries are high in antioxidants, amino acids, vitamin C and A to name a few. If you haven't tried them before, give them a go. Dried ones are available at many grocery stores these days. They can be pricey though so keep an eye out for a sale.
